Al Nawras Island, LXR Hotels & Resorts

LXR Hotels & Resorts A luxury independent hotel owned by the Hilton Hotels Group will transform Abu Dhabi’s Al Nawras Island into a breathtaking resort complete with a stunning golf course. A beachfront hotel in the Al Dhafra area of ​​the Emirates and the first Marriott Hotels and Resorts branded hotel in Abu Dhabi. The 114-room hotel is expected to be completed in 2025 and will feature three restaurants, an M Club Lounge, a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, tennis courts and a kids’ club.

The 3 million square meter refreshed project aims to create a mixed residential, tourism and entertainment destination, while reinforcing the area’s reputation as a vibrant commercial hub. Upon completion, visitors will be able to enjoy an enhanced shopping experience, such as a brand new fish market, seasonal market and redeveloped botanical bazaar. The redevelopment included the involvement of Modon Properties and Aldar Properties, meaning the conception and execution of the new setting was in the best possible hands.
