The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, through the Sheikh Zayed Housing Plan, announced the delivery of new houses to 1,726 UAE nationals in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and the Emirate of Ajman.
The Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei stated that the plan will continue to provide eligible UAE citizens with keys to new houses in accordance with the approved list, and pointed out that the new batch of villas to be delivered will include 888 units of Samar and Ras Al in Bateen Al. Khaimah, 497 people from Al Muntazi, Ajman, and 341 people from Al Khawaneej, Dubai, totaling more than 2 billion dirhams.
He affirmed that these plans show the level of support the UAE leadership has for its people and their dedication to ensuring family stability and a better quality of life for the entire UAE community. He explained that the new residential project was designed in accordance with the highest standards in terms of facilities, infrastructure and services.
Al Mazrouei further pointed out that the UAE has initiated a series of ambitious initiatives aimed at establishing partnerships with the UAE Development Bank and several other national banks.
The research on housing applications is based on a model that determines needs based on specific ratios, of which 40% is used for finance and 30% is used for social and housing, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and laws, he continues.
