More than eight in 10 Emirati professionals (86%) are positive about the coming year and expect it to be a turning point.
A new survey by Bayt shows that 67% of people in the UAE say they have set themselves future career goals, which include finding a new job (66%), learning new skills (46%) and achieving higher Salary (44%). com, the top job search site in the Middle East, and YouGov, a market research company.

When it comes to workplace motivation levels, nearly seven in 10 respondents (67%) report feeling motivated at work. Despite respondents showing their motivation in the workplace, 57% said higher salary and perks/benefits would increase motivation, followed by better work-life balance (45%) and promotion to the next level (37%).
future personal ambitions
According to nearly seven in 10 respondents (68%), the vast majority believe that their number one personal goal for the next year is to save more money. Other goals include buying a property (40%), spending more time with family (35%) and exercising more (33%).
