23 children killed in Thailand daycare shooting World News

A man with gun and knife killed at least 31 people, including 23 children Rush into a nursery school in Thailand On Thursday, AFP reported citing police. “At least 31 people have died, but details are still being released,” said deputy police spokesman Archon Kraitong.
