23 new food offerings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi: Eid deals, lunch deals, new restaurant openings and more

In celebration of the Eid celebrations, Ladurée presents the Eid Macaron Gift Box. The boxes are available at all their outlets in the UAE and come with either 8 or 16 different flavors of macarons. If you want to try a new breakfast dish, Ladurée also has an Eid French toast with strawberries and rhubarb. It’s served on brioche bread and topped with homemade strawberry-rhubarb jam and a dollop of Chantilly cream.

Pan-African restaurant and lounge Kiza has introduced two new weekend experiences, Shisanyama Saturdays and Sophiatown Sundays, following the restaurant’s recent makeover in May. Every Sunday from 7pm to 12am, Kiza will pay tribute to Johannesburg’s iconic Sofiatown neighbourhood, known for its vibrant music scene and rich cultural heritage. The experience also includes menu items such as Butter Chicken Curry, Tomato Bredie, Pap and Wors and Oxtail Potjie.

Shisanyama Saturdays is held every Saturday from 5pm to 3am and will feature grilled food. Guests can enjoy grilled meats, grilled cheeseburgers, West Coast rock lobster, tiger prawns and more.

The Spike Bar at the Emirates Golf Club has announced that Spike Quiz Nights will be held every Friday from 7:30pm. Hosted by resident DJ Phil Richardson, it offers guests the chance to win prizes while enjoying a barbecue buffet.

For those looking for a Mediterranean breakfast, head to Carine. Served Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 12:30pm, guests can enjoy dishes such as scrambled eggs with fresh truffles and salted caramel crepes.

Celebrate Father’s Day on Wednesday 21st June by inviting your dad to a meal at Farzi Dubai. Guests will receive a free dessert when they order Fired Up Platter. Curated by Executive Chef Gaurav Bathla, platters include Indian dishes such as Kasundi chicken drumsticks, Achari prawn tikka, fresh fish tikka and lamb seekh char siew marinade. Celebrate Father’s Day with brunch at the Spike Bar at the Emirates Golf Club. On Saturday 17th June and Sunday 18th June from 7pm to 10pm, guests can enjoy roasts, side dishes and desserts. Special offers apply to bookings of at least two people, including father and child. There is a discount on brunch, as guests get it deducted from their bill no matter what the outside temperature is.

International Sushi Day will be celebrated at Mama Zonia in Dubai Marina on Sunday 18 June from 1pm to 10pm.

Amano Restaurant, nestled in the mangroves of eastern Abu Dhabi, has announced the launch of Sunday Brunch. Italian restaurant Fi’lia has launched two new business lunch menus featuring Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The Business Lunch is served Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm and consists of three courses – starter, main course and dessert. Guests can try Cavolo salad with kale, baby spinach and basil sorbet, Quattro Formaggi pizza, Branzino sea bass with feta and broccoli, crumbled potatoes, vierge sauce, Pavlova, passion fruit cream, mango ice cream and coconut meringue, and More.

Atmosphere’s ‘Quick Fix Luncheon’ offers a two- or three-course dining experience, featuring selections such as Wagyu Beef Croquettes and Wild Sea Bass. Dining hours are Monday through Friday from 12 noon to 2:30 pm. Advance reservation is required.

In honor of World Chocolate Day on July 7th, guests of August Restaurant and Lounge can enjoy their August Chocolate Dream dessert at a discounted price. Dessert consists of a layered milk chocolate ball filled with chocolate shortbread, warm white chocolate sauce, served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries. August Restaurant and Lounge is located in Address Fountain Views where guests can enjoy a French Baroque ambiance. Offers begin July 7th at 6pm.

Heading into summer, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is relaunching its Cantonese Journey menu. Locally sourced ingredients are used in the menu, curated by Executive Chef Li Guohua, and dishes include Tofu Maori Salad with Kumquat Dressing, Dim Sum Duo and Jasmine Tea Smoked Chicken with Rose Petal Crystals. For mains, guests can enjoy dishes such as organic honey char-grilled grouper, local sea prawns and green beans sautéed in olive leaves. Finally, serve the sweet potato creme brulee to your guests.

The menu is served daily from 6pm to 11.30pm until 31 August, along with Hakkasan’s à la carte menu.

Savor an international buffet at Timo, the Italian restaurant at the Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel. Every Friday night from 7pm to 10pm, guests can enjoy a buffet featuring European cheeses, live cooking stations, seafood dishes, desserts and beverages.

The Underground Pub, the London Underground themed sports bar, serves brunch every Saturday from 4pm to 9pm. The brunch offers a variety of dishes, pub-style snacks, beverages and a live DJ, adding to the vibrancy of the lively environment.

Luigia Dubai invites guests to dine on Italian cuisine while listening to the music of DJ Ivan Minuti at the Aperitivo experience on Thursday, June 15th. From 7:30pm to 10pm, guests can enjoy a selection of snacks and two complimentary drinks.

The Levantine restaurant Olea at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has launched the ‘Kilomeater’ offering.
