The UAE and many other Islamic countries celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) on Rabi Al-Awwal 12 (the third month of the Islamic calendar). To commemorate the Prophet’s birthday, both public and private sectors in the UAE have holidays.
On Sunday, the UAE announced Thursday, October 21 as A holiday commemorating the birthday of the Prophet. With Expo 2020 Dubai in full swing in the UAE, what better time for people to explore this mega event than the upcoming three-day weekend?
Residents can even make the most of their visits through the October pass promotion, allowing guests unlimited access for the entire month for only Dh95. The pass also provides 10 “smart queue” bookings per day for participating exhibition halls and attractions, so you don’t need to queue long.
