30,000 frontline heroes get UAE Golden Visas

Abu Dhabi: Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Frontline Heroes Office, has confirmed that more than 30,000 frontline heroes in the UAE have been granted Golden Visas in recognition of their efforts to protect the public during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sheikh Sultan said the Frontline Heroes Office will continue to work with key authorities across the country to issue visas to outstanding professionals who are providing outstanding care to patients during the pandemic.

Recipients are nominated by their respective health authorities for a 10-year residence visa.

The office is closely coordinating with the Federal Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security Administration to implement the directives of the UAE leadership to continue issuing Golden Visas to eligible frontline heroes who work tirelessly to protect the people of the UAE under all circumstances. potential emergencies that may arise.

Many frontline heroes expressed their gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for granting the visa, which they said would greatly enhance their careers, families and social stability.

Dr Jamal Aldeen Al Koteesh, Director of Radiology and Consultant Interventional Radiology at Tawam Hospital, said: “On behalf of all medical staff, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the UAE leadership and government and the Office of Frontline Heroes for granting me the honor of our Golden Visa for We have provided tremendous support and peace of mind.”

Dr Hala Abuzaid Ahmed Abuzaid, Director of the Medical and Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Tawam Hospital, said: “The UAE has provided me with all the support, care and appreciation I need as I fight the spread of COVID-19 with the vast network of health workers standing by to help The people of the UAE are on the front lines of the pandemic. This support has given me comfort to continue my work. I thank the leadership and government of the UAE for granting our frontline heroes the Golden Visa.”

Dr Ammar Al Shibli, Consultant Pediatric Physician and Head of Medical Unit, Tawam Hospital, said: “I would like to express my sincere gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and the UAE for leading this humanitarian initiative by granting us a Golden Visa as an honor for our efforts. This sense of gratitude adds to our sense of stability as we can continue to live in the UAE, a country we consider our second home.”

Mohammad Ali, an intensive care unit nurse at Sheikh Shah Bout Medical City who works with the Mayo Clinic, said: “I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Office of Frontline Heroes.
