Too much Iftar This Ramadan? Get in shape at the Yas Marina Circuit. Beginning Monday, April 10th, the Health and Fitness Center will be hosting many free fitness classes. Weekly sessions are hosted by Prime Sports. If you’re eager to get started right away, today you can join a bootcamp from 9.45pm to 11.30pm and do some intense stretching from 10.30pm to 11.15pm.Can view the entire timetable here.

Last Chance: Head to the mountains of Al Ain for an unforgettable event

If you want to trade the capital’s cityscapes for mountain views, take the whole family to Al Ain for a cool Ramadan souk. During the holy month, visitors can look forward to a rich program including culture, gourmet food from food trucks, art, shopping opportunities and more – all set against the backdrop of Jebel Hafeet. There is also live entertainment such as Hakawati (storytelling), puppet shows, Tarabish bands and more. Led by instructor Heba, you’ll go through a fun pottery class where you can unleash your creativity. Pottery is also a form of meditation that can create a deep sense of relaxation, so it’s a great stress reliever if your anxiety levels are higher than normal.
