Cinnamon Bazaar has just opened in Park Hyatt Dubai. It is the first pop-up store of The Cinnamon Collection and will operate in the space for two years. It aims to “evoke the hustle and bustle of the bazaars scattered along the traditional trade routes that gathered the old world empires.” This space is stunning, with bright pink, green and turquoise colors, perfectly reflecting the rich traditions, fabrics and vitality of the bazaar. The dishes are equally vibrant and colorful, with some signature dishes including Calcutta Crab and Beetroot in Chickpea Batter, Chicken Haleem and Masala Yeast Toast.

Blue Seafood Asia has just opened for a few weeks, and with its secluded open-air terrace and vibrant ocean interiors, it has attracted local diners. The fresh fish display offers everything from lobster to red snapper and sea bass. A table on the outdoor terrace is surrounded by tropical plants and comfortable sofa seats or traditional tables are available. According to DIFC standards, this restaurant is reasonably priced and the service is undeniably hospitable.

Babucci
Bar Buci is a Parisian style jazz bar located in Al Qasr Hotel Jumeirah. The new store has beautiful interiors and spacious terraces. The stunning marble walls complement the bar. Next to it are distressed mirrors and eye-catching lamps. The terrace has a lot of lush greenery, with beautiful views of the sea and the open-air market below. Guests can indulge in a selection of innovative bar snacks carefully crafted by Executive Chef Eric Turgeon.

This stylish new restaurant covers an area of 12,000 square feet, with a luxurious restaurant, bar and lounge area, and floor-to-ceiling windows. SushiSamba offers some of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Palm Jumeirah coastline, Arabian Gulf, Dubai Al Ain and Dubai skyline. With such an impressive venue, you can bet the food matches, and so on. The menu is brought to you by Chef Moon Kyung Soo, the culinary director of SushiSamba Dubai. Signature dishes include crispy Hokkaido scallops, crispy yellow tail tacos, Japanese A5 Wagyu beef dumplings, asado meat sauce, Wagyu A4 Japanese claypot rice, ceviche platter, and Peruvian corn salad.

Le Rosé has opened on the 12th floor of Address Fountain Views and has an outdoor terrace with views of the skyline of Downtown Dubai. Inside are pink and gray things, with pastel tones sprinkled on the walls and furniture. The Parisian art set the tone for the charming venue, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a chic black marble cocktail bar. The menu includes redesigned French classics such as truffle burrata, grilled Camembert, black Angus beef tenderloin with foie gras and white or dark chocolate fudge.

Urla is located on the fountain floor of Address Downtown Dubai. Its interior and menu are influenced by Spain, Greece and Turkey. The venue is named after the town of Ula, which is known as the “Gourmet Corner on the West Coast of Turkey”. The outdoor venue perfectly depicts the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain scenes. The menu features Agean-inspired delicacies, including fresh seafood, which can be cooked in a variety of ways, from charcoal grilling to a live cooking show right in front of you.
