New movie theaters this week
Perhaps the most exciting thing is Upper Qi: Legend of the Ten Rings, A comic book adaptation, is the first movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) where the Asian protagonist Liu Simu plays the titular role Shangzhi.This story is probably from Marvel’s Secret war Comic legend, master of kung fu: Shang Qi confronts Mandarin and his ten-ring organization. In the comics, the name Ten Rings actually comes from a group of rings made by aliens. We all know how destructive alien jewels can be in the MCU.
