Alternative ladies night, a hearty brunch and two big concerts…
Abu Dhabi is back for business, and if you didn’t already know, this list of top events will prove it. From a new fitness studio to restaurant openings, unique ladies nights and some big concerts, here are 8 things to look forward to in Abu Dhabi this September.
From September 3rd: Work up a sweat in the internationally renowned gym
Self-proclaimed “the best fitness in the world”, Barry’s has landed in Abu Dhabi, with its first fitness studio in the UAE capital now located at The Galleria Mall. HIIT classes take place in their famous Red Room (with a low-red rave vibe to keep everyone looking good) and can burn up to 1,000 calories in a single session. Here, your workouts are separated by intermittent switching between floor work and treadmill beasts, allowing for a total body adjustment. They also offer LIFT classes, a slower 50-minute flex sesh that focuses on “building muscle mass and focusing on form.” You’ll also find ladies-only classes, themed classes, live DJ classes and challenges on the super convenient Barry’s app.

A must-have at Cipriani’s is the vanilla meringue, so we can’t wait to scoop into this capital dessert from Abu Dhabi. But in addition to satisfying your sweet tooth, the Cipriani Dolci menu offers a range of savoury dishes for richer meats, including Tecia’s Baked Tagliolini, Scampi alla Carlina and Seppioline.
