September 4 (UPI) – A 9-year-old boy was killed and at least 10 seriously injured in a Russian rocket attack in the southern Ukrainian town of Zelenodolsk, as Ukrainian troops advance a counteroffensive in the south of the country.

CAR found that Russia uses the same components in the onboard computers of the Kh-101 missiles and Ka-52 helicopters, showing Russia’s reliance on foreign technology from American companies as well as Asian and European companies.
“CAR continues to investigate the exact chain of custody of the Russian defense industry, primarily by tracing these components with manufacturers to confirm their provenance and how they appeared in Russian weapons,” the report reads.
“Tracking requests will help inform companies and governments about the presence of such components in Russia’s advanced weapons systems.”
The report undermines Russia’s claim that its military technology is comparable to Western militaries, which continue to suffer from “low morale and discipline problems” According to the UK Ministry of Defence.
