[ad_1]

The authorities released the latest details on two major tourism projects in the Dubai mountain enclave Hatta.

These projects will have a 5.4 km cable car system to transport tourists to Dubai’s highest natural mountain and a waterfall that will be home to fish.

These details were disclosed when Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa), visited the construction site of Dubai Peak and the Hatta Sustainable Waterfall project.

So far, we know nothing more about these two highly anticipated projects.

The Dubai Peak project will be equipped with a 5.4 km cable car to transport tourists to the top of Um Al Nesoor.

At 1,300 meters above sea level, it is the highest natural mountain in Dubai. The cable car route passes Hada Dam and Shangba Lake, and over the mountains.

The project will use the slope of the upper dam to create a natural waterfall. A waterway will be built along the parking area under the dam.

The water used in the waterfall will be collected at the end of the stream, recycled, and then pumped back to the top of the dam.

Fish farmed in the stream will become an additional attraction for tourists and families. The area will be developed to create leisure spaces and restaurants.
