Dubai, UAE: ENOC Link, ENOC Group’s digital mobile fuel supply service for businesses and consumers in the UAE, has announced that it is now providing reliable, safe and convenient fuel supply to Dubai International Airport’s fleet.
Through ENOC Link, the airport fleet has suspended its previously twice-weekly refueling stations, resulting in an estimated reduction of 31,616 kilometers of vehicle mileage per year. The move helps reduce the airport’s carbon footprint and contributes to the UAE’s overall sustainability vision.
His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, CEO of ENOC Group, said: “Since the launch of ENOC Link in 2019, our future mobility solutions have been helping industry players significantly reduce investment risk, especially driven by the rapidly changing regulatory environment through Energy conversion. We are delighted to be working closely with Dubai Airports to fuel Dubai International Airport’s fleet and reduce vehicle movement within the airport, making a positive contribution to the climate change agenda in line with the UAE’s sustainable development efforts.”
Working closely with Dubai Airports, ENOC Link and EPPCO Aviation (a joint venture between ENOC Group and Chevron) are approved by Airport Security and Airport Police to comply with the highest international security standards. In addition, special training is provided for ENOC Link drivers to obtain an airport driving license, which requires them to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the airside security regulations and allows them to drive vehicles, machinery and equipment in the airport ramp area.
ENOC Link is currently extending its services to other businesses at Dubai International Airport that will benefit from reduced vehicle movement within the airport. Additionally, the service will enable businesses to achieve their own sustainability goals while supporting the UAE’s sustainability efforts.
ENOC Link is currently the most advanced automated end-to-end digital fuel delivery market solution in the region, incorporating the highest international safety and operations standards as well as local safety certifications. ENOC Link fuel vehicles meet the highest international safety standards including NFPA, ADR and UL. To minimize health and safety risks when refueling on site, all delivery personnel are fully trained to follow strict safety and refueling protocols.
ENOC Link is a wholly-owned digital business launched under the group accelerator program “Next”. It is an innovative digital fuel delivery service that provides reliable, safe and data-driven refueling services to organizations operating in all industrial sectors.
