The culture and customs of the UAE amaze visitors. But the district has never made a vaunted statement about it. The UAE is very fond of experiencing different cultures. Here are a few photos of Emiratis attending the 2023 Morocco Tantan festival to prove the claim is accurate.

Located in southwestern Morocco, the Moussem of Tan-Tan will be held in 2023 under the patronage of King Mohammed VI of Morocco, with the participation of the UAE.
The festival, which runs from today until July 12, is an annual gathering of Saharan nomadic tribes, including many from southern Morocco and other parts of Northwest Africa.
The Abu Dhabi Cultural Program and Heritage Festival Committee, in partnership with a range of UAE cultural preservation agencies, will host a pavilion representing the UAE during the event.

Such events provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize. People also enjoyed trading in goods, organizing horse and camel breeding competitions, celebrating marriages and seeking the advice of herbalists.
In addition to musical performances, extensive chanting, games, poetry contests and other oral traditions, musem has a variety of other cultural expressions.
It is a unique event where nomads from the Sahara come together to celebrate. Thirty tribes from southern Morocco and other parts of north-west Africa joined forces for the event. This used to happen every May. But for some reason the date changed.
The first Tan-Tan Moussem was held in 1963 to support regional traditions and provide a venue for trade, meetings and celebrations in the form of a Moussem (an annual bazaar involving economic, cultural and social aspects).
The Bedouin community relies heavily on the revived Musem of Tantan to help them maintain their customs and knowledge.
Nomadic communities are now particularly concerned about maintaining their way of life. Economic and technological changes in the region have greatly affected the way of life of nomadic Bedouin groups and forced many of them to settle down. Furthermore, many aspects of the traditional culture of these communities have been lost due to urbanization and rural exodus.
