AD Ports Group, a leading trade and logistics service provider, has signed a new cooperation agreement with Aurora50, a social enterprise focused on achieving a gender-balanced board of directors in the UAE. Through the new partnership, AD Ports Group and Aurora50 aim to create a more inclusive and comprehensive work environment through the new goal-driven program GLOW (Access to Women Leadership Opportunities).
The plan aims to accelerate the careers of potential Emirati women and prepare them for board and leadership positions. The accelerator will enable UAE women to use design thinking tools to develop strategic plans for their career development and maximize career opportunities.
In addition, it will provide appropriate support mechanisms and encouragement tools to enable female employees in the UAE to realize and realize their full potential.
The plan was launched at the 2021 Board Summit, an important meeting held in Abu Dhabi to address the challenges of board diversity.
