Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) announced that it will build 100 villas on Jubail Island to cope with the growing demand for the project, bringing the total number of villas in the first phase of the project to 400.

Jubail Island is an important addition to the residential real estate sector in Abu Dhabi, providing a unique location in the vast mangrove forests of the capital. The project has aroused great interest from people who want to own real estate in Abu Dhabi, which is reflected in the sale of more than 70% of residential units and 100% of residential plots.

70% of the island’s infrastructure work has been completed, including power, water supply, telecommunications and sewage systems, while work to improve the beaches and mangroves of Jubail is also in progress. These projects are expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2022.
