As passenger traffic may reach its peak, this Abu Dhabi-based airline provides smooth and convenient travel tips:
>> Check destination requirements
Due to frequent changes in travel restrictions, Etihad Airways requires passengers to check the latest updates on its website before the journey begins.
>> Verify flight? Visit the “Manage My Booking” section of the website to share Covid-related travel documents.
Approvals will be shared via email to assure passengers that all necessary documents are in place. This will also speed up the airport check-in procedure at the “Verify Flight” counter.
>> Online check-in, arrive early
During peak hours, the economy class check-in service for non-US flights starts four hours before departure and closes one hour before departure. Check-in in Business Class and First Class is closed 45 minutes before departure. For U.S. flights, check-in is closed two hours before flight departure. Check-in procedures for all Etihad Airways flights closed 20 minutes before.
