The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoAHP) announced on Sunday that UAE nationals and residents can now obtain birth certificates of their children through Facebook’s SMS service WhatsApp. MoHAP will showcase a number of smart services at Gitex Global 2021 starting on October 17.

This is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to provide fast and effective services while facilitating transactions; saving more time and effort,” he explained.
Al Khoury made it clear that interactive chats via WhatsApp can also provide services for customers to inquire about other services.
Customized processing of transactions
The ministry said it will use a new feature that relies on artificial intelligence technology to respond to customer inquiries through a virtual assistant, which can understand and understand residents’ needs based on residents’ inquiries.
“Virtual assistants can also analyze and evaluate customer needs based on available data, and then make the necessary decisions, accurately answer and respond to their inquiries, and conveniently complete transactions,” MoHAP said.
The ministry explained that virtual assistants will be able to distinguish registered users and interact with customers based on the information provided, retrieve stored data from users’ personal data and end conversations in an interactive manner.
“The ministry has designed many online services and smart applications to facilitate customer access to its many services,” Al Khoury said.
He said that the ministry is doing its best to integrate its digital systems as part of its ongoing efforts to support the smart transformation process that has made significant progress.
