“Secondly, we suspend NATO’s military liaison work in Moscow. The certification of its employees will be recalled on November 1. Third, we stopped the work of the NATO Information Bureau established under the Belgian Embassy.

Earlier this month, NATO expelled eight members of the Russian delegation, calling them “undisclosed Russian intelligence officials.”

At that time, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko accused NATO of duplicity and treating the idea of ​​the so-called Moscow threat as a demon.

After NATO annexed the Crimea Peninsula of Ukraine, it suspended its pragmatic cooperation with Russia in 2014, but maintained channels for high-level meetings and military cooperation.
