Outdoor expert GHM-ECLATEC will light up the French pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai – Dubai Blog

[ad_1]

GHM/ECLATECFrench companies that have been producing lighting solutions and street furniture for more than 180 years will pay tribute to local partners at the grand awards ceremony held in the French Pavilion at Expo 2020 on November 3.

The event will be held on the terrace of the French Pavilion and will focus on the best and latest designs in architecture, lighting and engineering technology. UAE partners, including distributors and customers, will be welcomed by the company here.

GHM/ECLATEC International Sales Director Frédéric Minck will kick off the ceremony for his 100 exclusive guests under the witness of consul figures and VIPs from the lighting design industry.

Mingke emphasized the importance of the company’s participation in the 2020 World Expo. He said: “Dubai is the perfect background for us to showcase the latest lighting technology.”
The French Pavilion is located in the mobile area of the 2020 Dubai Expo, which opened on October 1, 2021 and will last until March 31, 2022.

Just being the central theme of the French Pavilion is consistent with the French government’s commitment to showcase innovation while focusing on establishing a model of energy- and resource-efficient prosperity.

“This occasion is more important to us, because GHM is even on 19day Century,” Mink said.

Since 1840, GHM has been designing and producing lighting solutions. From cast iron and aluminum street light poles and tramway brackets, to design and assembly, the company uses its wide range of urban furniture (including public facilities) to provide cities with consistent visual identification benches, bollards, obstacles, trash cans, Flower pots and fountains.

GHM’s sister company ECLATEC is a lighting manufacturer known for its dual expertise-on the one hand proficient in photometric measurement, on the other hand it has a high level of activity in developing reliable mechanical solutions.

“We now want to focus on how the company moves forward in this vibrant modern era,” Mink added.

The highlights of this event will be showcased by the lighting designer BOA Light Studio, the company behind the exterior wall design of the French Pavilion – bringing it to life through rippling lights reflecting the architectural theme: “Lights, lights”.

The awards show was organized in cooperation with local partner LuxBuro and WTBurdenand Business France, the French Trade Commission of the United Arab Emirates.
