The event attracted more than 3,500 exhibitors from more than 140 participating countries
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, visited Dubai Gitex 2021 on Wednesday, October 20.
Earlier this week, Gitex Global returned at the 41st session of the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) and will continue until October 21.
The ruler of Dubai said on Twitter: “GITEX represents our country’s desire for the future economy.”
He added: “GITEX also represents the UAE bringing together the East and the West of the world to formulate their future technological vision.”
Since the start of the exhibition, local government departments and international technology professionals have been showing their latest technology to thousands of visitors.

The exhibition brought together international innovators in the fields of artificial intelligence, 5G, cloud, big data, network security, blockchain, quantum computing, financial technology and immersive marketing.
These themes are being explored through six events-Gitex Global, Ai Everything, Gitex Future Stars, Future Blockchain Summit, Fintech Surge and Marketing Mania.
Gitex Global attracted the participation of more than 3,500 exhibitors from more than 140 participating countries and more than 200 government agencies.
