The UAE and Israel signed a memorandum of understanding on mutual recognition of vaccination certificates issued by the health authorities of the two countries.

The memorandum of understanding was signed by the Israeli Minister of Health and Prevention Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed bin Nasser Owes and the Israeli Minister of Health Nizan Horowitz under the witness of a number of senior officials from both sides .

According to the memorandum, the competent authorities of the two countries will be able to develop specific procedures to ensure the unrestricted movement of vaccinated individuals as part of the efforts of the two governments to promote the safe movement of passengers under Covid-19. Pandemic.

The memorandum of understanding also supports the efforts of the two countries to fight and overcome the epidemic.

Al Owais said that the memorandum of understanding is part of the cooperation agreement signed by the two countries, aimed at strengthening the coordination of large-scale health plans through the use of digital health, artificial intelligence and innovation, uniting efforts and sharing knowledge and expertise in response to global epidemics And take advantage of the milestones in personalized medicine while promoting healthcare in accordance with best international practices.
