Medals and elite athletes announced for the 2021 ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon

With only 4 weeks left before the third ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon, the organizer of the Abu Dhabi Sports Commission (ADSC) and the title sponsor of the event Abu Dhabi National Petroleum Corporation (ADNOC) announced the 2021 medal design and first To approve the top elite athletes participating in the competition.

This year’s unique medals showcase the capital’s iconic landmarks and impressive buildings, which will provide the perfect backdrop for the event.Each medal is printed with the logo of the event, Abu Dhabi Sports Commission, ADNOC and 50 yearsday, To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the achievements of the people. The 2.5KM and 5KM medals commemorate the achievements of the finishers with the victory engraving “I Ran Abu Dhabi!”, while other competitions include the iconic seals of “Marathon Finishers!” and “Marathon Relay Finishers!”. The organizers also announced four world-class elite athletes who will participate in the competition. Female elite athletes include Chumba of Bahrein, who holds 65 world marathon rankings and a personal best record of 2:23:10. In recent years, Kiptum has won first place in the 2017 Buenos Aires Marathon and the 2019 Hong Kong Marathon, and ranked third in the 2021 Milan Marathon. His respectable opponent, Philemon Rono, also from Kenya, has 10dayIn the global rankings, the personal best was 2.05.00 and ranked first in the 2019 Toronto Marathon.
