Update-Roommate, after being jailed for weapons charges in Baton Rouge, Los Angeles since March, was recently charged as a felon for possession of a firearm in California, NBA guy After paying $500,000 in cash, the Sheriff’s Office of the Parish of St. Martin has been bonded.

according to Advocate, Assistant U.S. Attorney Wil Morris suggested that the administration of U.S. District Judge Richard Bourgeois Jr. would not seek to detain the rapper. His lawyers James Manasseh and Andre Belanger stated that the rapper should be released outside the court within the next 24 hours.

Although Youngboy will no longer be in prison, he is not yet a free man. He will go to his home in Utah to begin his 24 times of house arrest, where he will have a series of conditions to be released. His lawyer shared a well-designed plan that included building a recording studio in his 22-year-old home. And hire a security company composed of former soldiers to patrol the property.

However, this was not the request of the Chief U.S. Magistrate of Baton Rouge, Shirley Dick, who initially did not want to release Youngboy on bail. However, she did impose a curfew on visitors from her Utah home. She made it clear that a maximum of three visitors can enter the residence at a time.In addition, any visitor must be pre-approved by Judge Dick and can only enter the hotel between 9pm and 7am

Judge Dick also forced Youngboyt to pay a security deposit of US$1.5 million or deposit US$500,000 in cash into his lawyer’s trust account before being released at home. So far, he has completed the task by paying a cash deposit. Once he paid a security deposit of US$1.5 million, his lawyer confirmed that the US$500,000 would be refunded.

Finally, Judge Bourgeois shared that the rapper will be subject to electronic location surveillance and must restrict his travel to Baton Rouge and certain areas in Utah and California. Unless a doctor prescribes him, he must not violate any law, possess a gun, or use narcotics. The judge said that if he violated any regulations, he would be sent back to prison. Youngboy will return to court in November to be subpoenaed by the State of California.
