The Abu Dhabi School of Government (ADSG) is a leading government platform for the development of human capabilities in Abu Dhabi. The “Leadership Program” was launched in January 2019, in line with the Abu Dhabi government’s vision to build a highly competitive knowledge-based economy. The plan aims to train the next generation of government employees and ensure that they have the ability to complete the emirate’s strategic development plan by providing the world’s best administrative tools and training. In 2020, the Leadership Program was awarded the prestigious Brandon Hall Award because it is one of the most innovative leadership programs in the world.
