MICCO Logistics, a subsidiary of AD Ports Group, has acquired 31 dump trucks as part of its efforts to provide broader integrated logistics support to the construction and metal manufacturing industries in the UAE.
These trucks will join MICCO’s existing ground fleet of more than 400 vehicles, which currently serve a number of different industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, fresh food and groceries. The new dump truck fleet has a total transport capacity of more than 2,300 metric tons and is able to transport materials and supplies between ports, factories and different development sites in Abu Dhabi and other parts of the UAE.
The latest acquisition aims to further enrich the range of services provided by AD Ports Group and enable MICCO to support the ever-increasing customer needs. The fleet will be fully equipped with a pre-installed Fleet Management System (FMSi), which contains and integrates the latest real-time vehicle geofencing and telematics technology.

MICCO Logistics began operations as a freight forwarder in 1978, initially serving the oil and gas industry.
