Bar Buci is inspired by Saint-Germain, which is an elegant thing. There is a stunning marble wall that matches the bar, juxtaposed with distressed mirrors and eye-catching lamps. The beautiful mahogany leather chairs on the bar are juxtaposed with the exquisite materials and colors on the sofas and chairs.
The terrace overlooks the sea, as well as the mysterious waterway and lush greenery connecting Souk Madinat Jumeirah and Jumeirah Group hotels. You will also see the iconic sail-shaped sailing hotel illuminated in dreamy colors against the sky. The terrace has a relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere with a dense tree in the center.
Guests can indulge in a selection of innovative bar snacks crafted by Executive Chef Eric Turgeon, including: croquette au boeuf bourguinon; beef stew with shallot aioli; croque monsieur au chou fleu with reblochon cheese and veal ham; take Go Detong; grilled tuna with mushroom vinaigrette; terrine de foie fras on toast; and a sore brioche with curry aioli salad. The extensive cocktail menu includes signature drinks such as Rodin’s The Kiss, Le Chat Noir and Le Tabou.
