Paraguay, a South American country, will host a trade and investment conference in the Abu Dhabi Hall of the Expo 2020 Business Center on December 8 this year as part of the country’s strategic focus on attracting foreign investment and opening up the trade business market.

Paraguay will participate in the 2020 World Expo with the theme “Creating Sustainable Development Opportunities”, with a focus on connecting water, renewable energy and transportation. Paraguay’s main exports are food and hydropower, and the country is one of the world’s largest soybean exporters.
At the Dubai World Expo, Paraguay, which was voted “the happiest place in the world”, is looking for investment opportunities and the strategic potential of water resources in generating renewable energy.
