The Leaders Sports Business Summit Abu Dhabi, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC), returns to the world-renowned Yas Marina Circuit after a year. March 16-17, 2022.
Leaders will host two days of exclusive insight-led content from leading global sports organisations and local entities.
More than 400 industry leaders from all corners of the world will come together to explore what’s new in global sports and explore four core themes: leadership, technology, creativity and experience.
The Leaders Sports Business Summit will see leagues, teams, broadcasters, brands, agencies and other professional service providers all land in the Middle East. International representatives will join the GCG, offering opportunities to connect, build new relationships and nurture existing ones.
The world’s major sports industries will present the next megatrends and best practices, while GCC local speakers will share insights on how the region is evolving and where long-term opportunities lie.
Leaders will host the event at the state-of-the-art Yas Marina Circuit, providing attendees with an unforgettable experience and experience of the incredible sports facilities the UAE capital has to offer. Despite recent challenges, Abu Dhabi continues to lead by example throughout the global pandemic by continuing to host major events, sports and other events in a safe and welcoming manner. At previous editions of the Leaders Sports Business Summit, there have been a series of speakers, including UAE FA President Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nouimi; Everton FC CEO Denis Ba Reiter-Baxendale; Lawrence Epstein, Chief Operating Officer, UFC; Jeff Slack, Managing Director, Aston Martin Cognizant Formula 1 Team; and Farhan Ahmed, Director of Strategic Partnerships, Twitch. This year, more than 20 world-class speakers will address a global network of attendees.
