If Lil Nas and Dentata can’t reach a settlement, she threatens to file a formal lawsuit against him for copyright infringement.

Additionally, Dana Dentata further calls for an immediate cessation of all releases of the album:

As of now, Lil Nas X has not publicly responded to the allegations or the cease and desist application against him.
