Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Authority, part of the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi), has signed a strategic partnership with the Society for Excellence in Incentive Travel (SITE) to enable staff and key stakeholders to gain access to dedicated professional Accredit and benefit from SITE’s global incentive travel industry best practice education program.
The strategic partnership provides networking and destination awareness opportunities for key DCT Abu Dhabi stakeholders and will provide year-round access to SITE-specific incentive travel events and conferences.
As the only international association dedicated to incentive travel, SITE enables the world’s leading incentive travel professionals to connect and learn new practices and discover how new strategies can be used to further advance the industry.
The partnership demonstrates Abu Dhabi’s status as an ideal destination for hosting incentive travel programmes and events for corporate groups. Abu Dhabi is a world-in-one destination, from culture and entertainment to stunning landmarks and natural attractions, Abu Dhabi offers an incentive travel like no other, all in close proximity to one another.

Al Shamsi also attended the 2022 SITE Global Conference in Dublin, which brought together key players in the incentive travel industry. He speaks at the Strategic Sponsor Roundtable, which includes incentive travel professionals, SITE’s strategic partners, the SITE International Board of Directors, and the SITE Foundation Trustees to exchange the annual strategic priorities of the SITE Association and their respective organizations and identify synergies Facilitate future successful collaborations.
As part of the partnership, Abu Dhabi will host the prestigious SITE Executive Summit at Abu Dhabi Business Week 2022 next fall. During the SITE Executive Summit, ADCEB’s key stakeholders will participate in SITE’s CIS Qualification Program.
