According to IDC’s Quarterly Storage Tracker for the first quarter of 2022, Dell Technologies achieved record double-digit growth in the enterprise storage systems market category in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (Meta) region.
The company was No. 1 in Meta with a 45.6 percent share, up 19.3 percent year over year, due to increased demand for Dell’s software-defined storage portfolio. According to the report, despite the decline in total addressable market (TAM), Dell continued to grow faster than the industry average, with all storage categories recording quarterly growth.
