HealthTech Training Centre, a subsidiary of Response Plus Holding PJSC, one of the UAE’s leading healthcare service providers, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Asian Business School (ASB).
This collaboration is an important step for the healthcare industry as it will allow, for the first time, the exchange of knowledge and expertise between two prestigious institutions.
The official signing ceremony of the MoU was held at the RPM headquarters where Major Tom Louis, CEO of Response Plus Holding PJSC, and Prof. Charles H Fine, Founding President, CEO and Dean of ASB, exchanged signatures and documents.

The MoU aims to establish cooperation between the two entities to exchange knowledge and expertise for the advancement of the healthcare industry and beyond. The agreement defines the scope and obligations of both parties, which include maintaining a mutual dialogue to facilitate the implementation of the MoU, holding monthly working group meetings, and co-organizing meetings and events to achieve the larger goals of both parties.
This MoU is important as it is the first of its kind ASB has established in partnership with MIT Sloan School of Management and Bank Negara Malaysia, with an entity based in the Middle East. “Through this MoU, RPM is strengthening its position as a global player and showing the world that we will go above and beyond to strengthen and improve the industries in which we operate,” said Major Tom Lewis, CEO of Response Plus Holding.
“ASB is proud to partner with HealthTech and RPM Group to share our knowledge and insights into professional talent development in the Asian business context. This partnership is our first in the region and we hope it will grow into One of those people where all the people involved are of high value,” Professor Charles Fine said. arab trade news agency
