Fort Afadi

Tanahal

Burj Nahar is one of Dubai’s must-visit attractions because it is important to the history of the city. Sheikh Said Al Maktoum House

Another historic residence is Sheikh Said Al Maktoum House, Designed for Said bin Maktoum Al Maktoum. Built in 1894, this residence is the base of the entire Maktoum family and is currently open to tourists who want to see life and photos of ancient Dubai.

Ahmadiyah School

A school may not always be on the top of anyone’s discovery list, but Al Ahmadiya School in Dubai is a place to be seen, mainly because of its history. The school was built in 1912 and is said to be the first educational institution in the emirate of Dubai. It is now a well-preserved museum where you can explore the classroom layout and other facilities in the building.

Hatta Heritage Village

Perfect for any history lover who wants to learn about life in Dubai, Hatta Heritage Village Provides an excellent opportunity. This small village is nearly 2000-3000 years old and has original buildings, fortresses, castles and prototypes of local life in Dubai that did not have Arab luxury hundreds of years ago.
