Free in all parking areas except the multi-storey parking terminal

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced free parking in the emirate during the Hijri New Year (1444H) holiday on Saturday 30 July.
All parking areas in Muharram 1, except the multi-storey parking terminal, will be free.
Saturday 30 July is the official paid holiday for all employees of the UAE public and private sectors to mark the occasion.
Muharram 1 marks the beginning of the Islamic New Year (1444H). According to astronomical calculations, its corresponding date on the Gregorian calendar is likely to be Saturday, July 30.
On Friday, the International Astronomical Centre shared images of the crescent moon of Muharram (1444 AH).
