Gulf Business Machines (GBM) has announced the appointment of Ossama El Samadoni as General Manager (GM) of its Dubai operations United Computer and Management Consulting (UCMC).
In his new role, El Samadoni will be responsible for leading GBM’s Dubai team, helping businesses unlock new business value, supporting government authorities in developing national capabilities, and strengthening partnerships across the technology ecosystem.

El Samadoni has over 30 years of experience in the MENA region working with leading technology companies such as IBM, Dell Technologies, Oracle, Net App and HP. He has led organizations to achieve strong business growth in an increasingly competitive market, while supporting organizations of all sizes in addressing digital disruption and IT transformation challenges.
He joins GBM from G42, where El Samadoni most recently served as VP of Business Development and Sales at G42, where he was responsible for accelerating its cloud division and driving the division’s long-term strategy.
