President Sheikh Mohammed Praised the contribution of the UAE’s younger generation, saying they continue to inspire others with their success.
In a tweet on Friday to mark International Youth Day, Sheikh Mohamed said the UAE will continue to empower them and believe they can lead the country into the future.
“The young people of the UAE inspire us more every day through their continued success in various fields,” he said.
“On International Youth Day, we reaffirm our commitment to empowering young men and women in the UAE and trusting them to work hard and lead our country into the future.”

The younger generation has been a central part of the UAE leadership’s vision for the future.
Last month, Sheikh Mohammed met Emirati students and doctors in France On the second day of his state visit to the country, he called them national ambassadors.
He urged them to strive for academic excellence, which he said would enable them to UAE grow.
UAE’s biggest success
In a video posted on social media to mark International Youth Day, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, Describes young people in UAE as ‘hope and wealth’ And urged them to take the future into their own hands.
In the video, which highlights some of the brightest and best young citizens, Sheikh Mohammed said he too “was young”.
He said his dream came true, “after all the hardships, the good days have come one after another”.
“We thank God that we have been successful in many things,” Sheikh Mohammed said in the recording.
“However, the UAE and the union have had the greatest success – its youth. They are the future. They will take matters into their own hands in the future.
“For those young people who overcome obstacles, for those who hope and cherish, I was as young as you. And my dreams came true. After suffering, good days follow.”
Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Youth, said investing in young people and empowering them so they can make meaningful contributions to the nation and the community is the foundation of a nation’s development.
“Youth are the real capital and main tool in our growth journey to build a sustainable future,” she said.
“To prepare them for future leadership positions, they must be involved in key decision-making roles today.”

Dr. Anwar Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to the UAE President, said that Emirati youth represent a bright and prosperous future for the UAE.
“Citizens are the foundation of the UAE’s development, and youth represent hope to continue the journey of construction and giving,” he said in a tweet, accompanied by a photo of Sheikh Mohammed enjoying Eid with his family this year.
“Today, the young generation in the UAE has the will, the knowledge, a broad culture and a high level of awareness of the issues of the homeland.
“The journey of kindness is in safe hands, and the future is bright and prosperous.”
