It is involved in financial consultancy & specialised in real estate funding, arranging Secured and Unsecured funds from Banks, NBFCs, Government aided loans, residential or commercial loan (Mortgage Loans- Retail Lending), Loans for purchase of residential property (Housing Loans), commercial properties purchase loan (NRP Loans), & Loans Against Rental Property referred as LRD (Lease Rental Discounting), Personal Loan, Unsecured Business Loan (BIL), CC / OD/ BG, Joint Venture , Plot Buying & Selling etc.

Pandemics and work from home culture also the economic volatility of the country from the early 90’s to the current years.

The key values which helped me overcome my obstacles were Hardwork, Honesty and innovative thinking.
I initiated the B2B project that Reliance Industries ( Retail division) is working on by planning alternate cash n carry businesses which got formulated with my idea of branding mom n pop stores .
