Cheryl Burke Celebrates Four Years of Sobriety Entertainment

She celebrated the moment by posting a video on TikTok in which she declared: “Realizing I just celebrated four years of sobriety.”

Cheryl tagged the video: “#soberlife #onedayatatime #soberbirthday #sobriety #sobrietyrocks #selflove #selfcare #choosemeinstead”.

Not long after, Cheryl had a candid chat on her “Burke In Game” podcast, admitting that she was still battling her demons, explaining: “Last week I said I wasn’t good. This week, I still (angry) But I know the whole thing we’re dealing with right now is going to be a long one.

“And I can’t let it ruin my life because that’s what it is and now, it’s out of my control. So now I’m trying to practice what I preach and I’m trying to accept it day by day, hour by day Hour.”

She added: “Speaking of which, I don’t want to say I’ve been craving drinking again lately. But I’m definitely thinking a lot more than usual.”

The TV star went on to explain that she often gets excited when she goes out at night and sees other people having a few drinks.

She continued: “However, I just noticed that when I was out with friends the other night, there was a time frame where I shouldn’t have been out, I think it was around 10.30pm.

“I know it’s seniors time, but I’ve noticed that after dinner, people want to go out. I think I’d better just drop people off as the designated driver and go on my happy path. Because I’m made by It’s triggered by people around me who may have had a few drinks, especially late at night.”

Cheryl added that she’s trying to fix it by talking about it openly on her podcast, saying: “I really want to talk about it because it’s the name of the game, so I’m not going to be unlucky or lucky. I don’t even want to have that kind of discussion. I think it’s important to hold yourself accountable, and that’s what I’m talking to you about.”
