Marriott International has signed an agreement with UAE-based Gulf Islamic Investments (GII) to launch The Lucan, Autograph Collection Residences in London, the world’s first standalone Autograph Collection Residences.
This complex project will include 31 contemporary and stylish residences in a historic redevelopment property within London’s prestigious Chelsea neighbourhood. Lucan, Autograph Collection Residences is expected to welcome its first residents in 2024.
With this landmark agreement, Gulf Islam Investments (GII) has introduced a new landmark London property and signed its first property management agreement with a global hotel brand, setting the stage for the Autograph Collection Residences brand’s UK debut, And debuted the brand’s first detached home product to launch globally.
