exclusive: Bayview Entertainment Announced the acquisition today Vipcoa well-known British genre production and distribution company founded in the 1970s with a focus on cult and obscure horror films, will bring those films to the United States.

“Vipco is known for its cult and horror genre releases, and it has delivered a number of films to British shores that have consistently captured my attention and admiration,” said Peter Castro, BayView’s VP of Acquisitions. “Older horror fans remember Vipco and we’re excited to have them join the Bayview family in America.”
Castro has appointed Goddard as BayView’s new media director and Elliott as sales director, noting that “these additions will strengthen BayView’s domestic type output and provide us with a base of operations in the UK.”
