Details about the report have not been released, but so far, as a result of their investigation, Busey, who lives in Malibu, California, was arrested and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, one count of criminal attempt/ Criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree, and one count of harassment, a disorderly offence, the statement said.

• The abuser used force or coercion but did not seriously harm the victim.
• The victim is on probation or parole, or is otherwise detained in an environment where the perpetrator has supervisory or disciplinary authority over him.
• The victim is between the ages of 16 and 18 and the perpetrator is related by blood, is the legal guardian, or has supervisory or disciplinary authority over them.
• The victims were between the ages of 13 and 16, while the perpetrators were at least 4 years older.

• The victim was a student between the ages of 18 and 22 with no high school diploma, and the perpetrator worked at the school and had supervisory or disciplinary authority over them.
Each conviction carries a maximum sentence of 18 months in prison.
On Saturday, August 13, an attendee note on twitter There was an unconfirmed rumor circulating at the convention that Busey was removed from the event for “casual contact” with female guests.
Some responses to the tweet suggested that Busey was allowed back after the fact, but one user said“Yes, they are taking legal action. Stay tuned.”
Cherry Hill PD said the investigation was still ongoing and they welcomed anyone who might have relevant information to contact them.
