KSI is “always in pristine condition”.
The 29-year-old rap star is currently gearing up for a boxing bout with YouTuber Alex Wassabi on August 27, and KSI promises he will be in top shape when he fights at London’s O2 Arena.
When asked about his preparation for the fight, KSI shared: “It’s making sure I’m doing what I’m doing well and then repeating that.
“After that, we’ll do a hard cardio, I’ll do four rounds on the versa climber, three minutes I’ll be hard, go to the ham (hard like me **********r) .
“I’ll take a break after that, have lunch, and then maybe watch some TV after lunch, play some games, and then do another training session.
“Sometimes it can be a sprint session and I just repeat the sprint and we do it eight times trying to get it done in three minutes. I’ll have a one-minute break after that and then we do it a few more times as we see fit.
“On other days, we might just do more punches and keep throwing punches, building shoulder stamina and making sure when I’m in that ring.”
The hit producer of “Pop Music” insists he never gets tired thanks to his persistent workout regime.
“I never get tired. My arms never get tired. I’m always raw,” he said.
KSI – whose real name is Olajide ‘JJ’ Olatunji – also claims he has not had a break since the fight was announced.
The YouTuber-turned-rapper explained that training has become part of his “lifestyle”.
He told Men’s Health: “This year I decided to really make training a way of life, so yeah, I’m training almost every day. On days that aren’t that hard, I’m doing something like a 10K. It was an easy day for me.”
