e&’s etisalat enables UAE Pass login on app, portal

[ad_1]

Etisalat (e& branded etisalat) has announced the integration of Emirates Pass login on the My Etisalat app and portal (etisalat.ae), enabling users to log in with their secure national digital identity details.

The UAE Pass is the first secure national digital identity for citizens and residents, allowing users to access many online services across sectors, sign and verify documents, perform transactions digitally and request digital versions of their official documents.

Through e&’s partnership with etisalat, all customers with a verified UAE PASS account can use UAE PASS authentication to access accounts registered under their UAE ID through this new login feature. This enhances security and combats user fraud, making it both convenient and popular among users. Additionally, e&’s etisalat enables subscribers to register for the UAE Pass on its app and website without having to visit any brick and mortar store.

Etisalat continues its efforts to digitize the customer journey through e& and now offers a “zero touch” experience, with a focus on enhancing digital channels such as apps, websites and social media, optimizing contact center performance by introducing virtual agents, transforming them and digitizing stores. This national identity integration across digital channels is in line with etisalat by e&’s main goal of combining the best mix of physical and digital channels and delivering a true omnichannel and digital-first experience.

A superior and differentiated customer experience is the foundation of etisalat through e& transformation into a digital telco. The company is harnessing the power of analytics and artificial intelligence to deliver personalized experiences across all digital and physical channels.

Customers’ digital experience is enhanced through the MyEtisalat app, as they can view and conduct all required transactions, such as accessing and paying bills, account management, plan changes and contracts – all within the app – all within Yes can now be accessed by logging in easily with Emirates Pass. Other functions include purchasing equipment, subscribing to new services or resolving technical issues, and also using the self-support module on the app.

To further enhance the customer experience, both the app and website interface are undergoing a complete overhaul with more functionality. Currently, more than 4 million customers actively use the My Emirates app on a regular basis. – arab trade news agency
