Yas Park Gate community project launched in Abu Dhabi

The Yas Park Gate community project has been launched in Abu Dhabi. alda properties, An Abu Dhabi-based real estate development, management and investment company made such a revelation.

The project covers more than 255,000 square meters and includes approximately 508 new single-family homes. Inspired by the client’s desire for community living, the homes feature Mediterranean-inspired architecture. The homes are available in two- and three-bedroom townhouses as well as four-bedroom villas.

The cost of townhouses in the Yas Park Gate community starts from US$474,114, which is equivalent to AED1.74 million. Villas, on the other hand, start at $871,934, or AED 3.2 million. Buyers can choose from two different interior color schemes.

Construction work will begin in the first quarter of 2023. Yas Park Gate Community Handover is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.

Residential gated community with easy access to Yas Park, a family recreational activity park. The park is the first of its kind in the region and covers 115,000 square meters. Therefore, it is only half the size of Yas Mall.

The Chief Commercial Officer of Aldar Development spoke during the launch of the project. Rashed AL Omaira said community access to the park ensures that visitors and residents lead an active and healthy lifestyle.

In addition, the Chief Commercial Officer noted that the project is the second phase of North Asia. He described it as a true representation of the wider North Yas masterplan. Additionally, Omaira explained that the Yas Park Gate community will accompany and complement the existing community. As such, it will cement the island’s status as one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular and greatest destinations.
