If you’re one of those people who leaves something behind, the best way to get it back is to call the driver – but if you leave the phone itself, you can log into your account on a computer. What this does:

1. Click on “Your Trips” and select the trip where you left your stuff

2. Scroll down and tap “Find Lost Items”

3. Click “Contact Driver Lost Items”

4. Scroll down and enter the phone number you want to contact. Click Submit.

5. Your phone will ring and be contacted directly with your driver’s mobile number.

6. If your driver picks up and confirms that your item is found, please coordinate a mutually convenient time and place to meet so that it can be returned to you.

7. If your driver does not pick you up, please leave a detailed voicemail describing your belongings and the best way to contact you.

If you lose your personal phone and cannot log into the app, you can get support via web chat.
