The 36-year-old actress admitted that her “perfectionist” mentality may have had a negative impact before.
Leah – best known for playing Rachel Berry on the hit TV series Glee – said: “I have my strengths. I work really hard. I have no room for error. That level of perfectionism, Or that pressure perfectionism that left me with a lot of blind spots.”
Lea was previously accused by her former Glee co-star Samantha Ware of torturing her with “traumatic microaggressions”.
The actress has since apologized for her past actions, and she now insists her attitude has changed.

In 2020, Samantha slammed Leah on social media after the actress expressed her support for the Black Lives Matter movement.
In response to Lea’s comments, Samantha wrote on Twitter: “LMAO remember you made my first TV gig a living hell?!?! Because I’ll never forget. Leah then issued an apology, although she admitted she did not specifically recall making hurtful remarks about her co-star.
“It’s important that my actions clearly hurt other people,” the actress said in a statement.
“One of the most important lessons of the past few weeks is that we need to take the time to listen and understand other people’s perspectives and whatever role we play or anything we can do to help address the injustices they face.”
