GIG Gulf, one of the largest insurance providers in the MENA region, has launched its digital-only real-time end-to-end automotive claims platform EasyClaims in four key GCC markets: UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
EasyClaims is a new online journey that allows GIG Gulf customers to register their auto insurance claim instantly with minimal mandatory information input, no paperwork and absolutely no wait time.
The service is available 24/7, allowing customers to track every stage of the claims process in real time. The platform uses geolocation technology to provide customers with personalized garage options. The garage itself has also tapped into the EasyClaims platform, allowing auto mechanics to provide GIG Gulf with mechanical updates, which customers can see immediately.
