The public prosecution agency evaluated 52,493 appeals and cancelled or reduced the fines for 33,094 requests.
The yearbook counts litigation cases of emergencies, crises and disasters, with a total of 32 criminal cases, 486 administrative litigation cases, and 100 remote investigation cases.
The report shows that 18,050 sentences were issued in 2020, with a conviction rate of 95%.
The yearbook emphasizes its operational plan based on the vision, mission and goals of the Ministry of Justice.
The yearbook also includes the prosecutor’s departments, projects, initiatives, strategic performance indicators, and relevant statistics for the past year.
